Appointment Policy & Procedure:
You can book your appointment online by clicking the book now tab or clicking the link below
Appointments | Sara Braids (square.site) Please not there is a $2.00 processing fee when using a card. To avoid the fee you can send the payment via Cashapp, Zelle or Applepay by contacting me via text at the number listed below and I will forward you the imformation needed to complete the transaction.
Book your appointment by selecting the style desired, then select a date time available (only available dates are highlighted in blue (If the style you desire is not listed contact me direct via text)
All appointments are prepaid set with a base pay, and you may have a balance due upon completion of style depending on length and if the original style has been changed. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. UNLESS I AM THE REASON OF CANCELLATION, and you wish to not reschedule.
When booking for a child please make sure that your child is ready and willing or accustomed to get their hair braided.
CONFIRM your APPT when prompted to with the link attached to the confirmation message sent to you via email and/or text message.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so 24hrs in advance by using the online booking site or the link sent with your reminder message, unless an unforeseen emergency occurs then contact me as soon as possible to reschedule via text at

IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL, I ASK THAT YOU RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IMMEDIATELY!! EVERYONE MUST WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES!
NO PLUS ONES COME ALONE UNLESS ITS A CHILD ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT!!
If you are 15 minutes or more late with NO NOTIFICATION, the card on file will be subject to be charged an additional $15 LATE FEE added on to original style price and you may be subjected to change your original style desired, or your appointment may be canceled with NO REFUND.
Please arrive to your appointment with your hair BRAID READY (description of braid ready below). If your hair is not braid ready your appointment may be canceled with no refund or rescheduled at a additional cost to you.
My hours of operation are listed at the very bottom of the page. If you need an appointment outside of that time, it'll be an extra fee added to your original style price. Please contact me via text at 860-938-1567
I do not provide the hair needed to complete any style. In addition to the cost of the style desired, If I have the hair needed on hand I do give my clients the option to purchase the hair needed to complete the style from me. I only work with pre-stretched hair some of the brands I prefer are: Ruwa, Freetress, Outre, etc.
If you have any questions on hair brands or the amount of hair needed to complete your style please reach out to me via text prior to going to the store, so I can send you the information needed or make sure I am available at the time you plan to go to the store.
If you want your style to be longer then mid-back please note it will be an additional cost and is expected to be paid upon completion of the style. In addition in the notes section please describe the length desired in the notes section prior to final purchase so I block off any extra time needed.

Please blow dry your hair if you have very curly/kinky hair.
